5-5.1 Prohibitions.¶

a. It shall be unlawful for any person to expose his or her genitalia or pubic hair in any public place or place open to public view. This prohibition shall not extend to any private property not open to view from any street or other property. b. It shall be unlawful for any postpubescent female in any public place or place open to public view to expose any portion of the areola of either breast. This prohibition shall not extend to any private property not open to public view from any street or other property. (Ord. #25, A5, SS1, 2)
