17-35 RECREATIONAL VEHICLES.

17-35.1 Temporary Placement. ¶
Recreational vehicles in flood hazard areas shall be placed on a site for less than one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days or shall be fully licensed and ready for highway use. “Ready for highway use” means the recreational vehicle is on wheels or jacking system, is attached to the site only by quick disconnect type utilities and security devices, and has no permanently attached additions, such as rooms, stairs, decks and porches. 17-35.2 Permanent Placement. ¶
Recreational vehicles that do not meet the limitations in Section 17-35.1 for temporary placement shall meet the requirements of Article 17-34 for manufactured homes. (Ord. #256-2021, S2 (305-2))
