§ 16.206.000. Utility improvement fees. ¶
The developer of any new subdivision or development project shall pay all utility improvement fees and/or undergrounding inlieu fees as required by Chapter 16.151 , Undergrounding Utilities. (08-05)
§ 16.206.010. School facilities fees. ¶
The developer of any new subdivision or development project shall pay all school facilities fees as required by Chapter 17.156 , School Sites and Fees, of Title 17 . (08-05)
