§ 7.12.010. Operation of waterworks system.

Following the effective date of the ordinance adopting this title, and as soon as practicable after the organization of the public utilities commission, the public utilities commission shall assume all management and control of the waterworks system as set forth in Title 13 of this code. Any and all references in Title 13 to the "waterworks management board" shall be read to be the public utilities commission.
