§ 7.08.010. Public utilities department established.

The public utilities department of the city is established for the purpose of managing the functions and operations of the public utilities pursuant to those rules and regulations established by the city council and the public utilities commission.

§ 7.08.020. Public utilities director—Generally.

The office of the public utilities director is established to oversee the operations of the public utilities department. Until such time as determined by the city council, the city manager of the city shall serve as the public utilities director.
