9.12.010 - Injuring private property prohibited when.

No person shall wilfully or maliciously break or destroy any window, window sash, door, blind or pane of glass of any building or outhouse in the city or commit any nuisance there or break, destroy or injure anything therein or any part of such building or outhouse or any fence or improvement whatever or aid, abet or assist anyone to commit such nuisance or to injure such property.

9.12.020 - Damaging public property prohibited.

No person shall maliciously deface, damage or destroy any public property of the city or of any other governmental body within the city or any part thereof.

9.12.030 - Signs or handbills—Unauthorized removal or posting prohibited.

No person shall tear down, mutilate, remove, deface or destroy any notice, handbill or sign of any business or performance of any kind or any ornamental sign or awning posts or any news or bulletin board or shall use any such boards for posting any notice, device or other matter, without the consent of the owner.

No person shall spit or expectorate on the floor of any public building or on any sidewalk in the city.
