2.44.010 - Retirement system—Contract authorized and adopted by reference.¶
An amendment to the contract between the city of Chowchilla ("city") and the California Public Employees' Retirement System is authorized, a copy of such amendment being attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter, marked Exhibit "A," and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.

2.44.020 - Contract—Delegation of authority to city administrator.¶
The city administrator of the city of Chowchilla is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute such amendment for and on behalf of the city.
