10.60.010 - Violations deemed infractions when—Penalty.¶
Except as provided for in Section 10.28.300 of this code, any person violating any of the provisions of Chapters 10.04 through 10.56 of this code is guilty of an infraction, unless otherwise specified. Any person who is convicted of a violation of Chapters 10.04 through 10.56 shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.16 of this code insofar as applicable to infractions.
