§ 2.24.010. City council shall constitute agency.¶
Pursuant to the provisions of Health and Safety Code Section 33200, the city council declares itself to be the redevelopment agency of the city and that the rights, powers, duties, privileges and immunities vested by the Community Redevelopment Law in such agency shall be and are vested in the city council.

§ 2.24.020. Compensation of members.¶
Members of the redevelopment agency shall be paid from the funds of the redevelopment agency such compensation as authorized by law and as the city council may from time to time provide.
