§ 2.12.010. Clerk and treasurer.¶
The city clerk and the city treasurer shall each execute to the city an official bond for the due and faithful performance of their respective official duties in the penal sums as follows:

| City treasurer | Fifty thousand dollars |
The city manager shall be bonded in the same amount as the city clerk and city treasurer.
