CHAPTER 36 - DOWNTOWN SPECIFIC PLAN OVERLAY ZONE
18.36.010 - Adoption by reference.
That certain document dated January 10, 2010, entitled "Downtown Specific Plan for the City of Ceres," including appendix A, is adopted by this reference as the land use and zoning policies, regulations, and guidelines applicable to all parties located within the boundaries of the downtown specific plan area. A
copy of the downtown specific plan document shall be maintained in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Ceres. The downtown specific plan is adopted as an overlay zone applicable to all properties within the downtown specific plan boundaries. Provisions of the City's zoning ordinances remain applicable to the properties within the area affected by the specific plan, except to the extent they are in conflict with the provisions of the specific plan, in which case the provisions of the specific plan shall control and be applied.
