§ 9191.585. Sign, On-Site.

Signs that direct attention to a business, commodity, industry, or other commercial activity sold, offered, or conducted on the premises upon which such sign is located.

All signs on private property that display noncommercial messages or designs are considered on-premises signs, irrespective of where they are placed.
