Chapter 8.20 — CARD ROOMS

8.20.010 - Prohibited.¶

The business of conducting public card rooms, or the renting, hiring, allowing and permitting card rooms, or the use of space in any business establishment for card playing, is prohibited in the city. Violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor pursuant to Section 1.04.010 of this code.
