10.44.010 - Prohibited acts—All public parks.¶
No person while within the limits of any public park of the county, the city, or any park and recreation district or any other public park shall commit any of the following acts:
A. Cut, break, injure, deface, or disturb any tree, shrub, plant, rock, building, monument, fence, bench or other structure, apparatus or property, or mark or write upon any building, monument, fence, bench or other structure;
B. Cut or remove any wood, turf, grass, soil, rock, sand or gravel without first obtaining permission of the public agency having control over such park;
C. Distribute any commercial handbill or circular, or post, place or erect any commercial bill, notice, paper or advertising device or matter of any kind without first obtaining permission of the public agency having control over such park;
D. Hitch or fasten any horse or other animal except at a place specifically designated or provided for such purpose;
E. Ride or drive any horse or other animal or propel any vehicles, cycle or automobile elsewhere than on the roads or drives provided for such purpose;
F. Indulge in riotous, boisterous, threatening or profane or indecent language;
G. Practice, carry on, conduct or solicit for any trade, occupation, business or profession without first obtaining the permission from the public agency having control of such park;
H. Make or kindle a fire in any park at a place other than the one designated and set apart for such purpose;
I. Permit or allow any livestock to run at large within the boundaries of the park;
J. No male person over eight years of age shall enter into any rest room for women and no female person over six years of age shall enter into any rest room for men;
K. It is unlawful to stable, keep, pasture or breed any horse, stud, stallion, mare, gelding, colt, jack, jenny, mule, cow, bull, steer, calf, oxen, sow, boar, pig, shoat, ram, sheep, lamb, goat, kid, or other animal or animals without first obtaining permission from the public agency having control of such park;
L. It is unlawful to possess or discharge any firearms, firecrackers, rocket, torpedo or other fireworks, or air gun or slingshot without first obtaining permission of the public agency having control over such park;
M. It is unlawful to dispose of bottles, cans, waste, paper or other rubbish other than in a container provided for such purpose;
N. It is unlawful to camp without first obtaining the written permission from the public agency having control of such park:
O. It is unlawful to drive any automobile, other than maintenance or service vehicles, or other vehicle including gasoline or electric powered go-carts, motorcycles, motorized bicycles, or any motorized scooter or similar device within the limits of any park at a speed greater than a careful and prudent speed and in no event in excess of 15 miles per hour.

10.44.020 - Prohibited acts—City property.¶
No member of the public shall commit any of the following acts on Constitution Park, Dizdar Park, Library Property exterior to Library Building and "F"-Canyon ("city property"):
A. Use by organized sports teams;
B. Possess or use any radio or remote controlled devices including, but not limited to, airplanes, cars, unmanned aerial vehicles, drones or other radio or remote controlled devices;
C. Use playground or other park equipment or improvements for other than intended use;
D. Cycling, scooters, skateboard, roller skating and inline skating on city property designated by resolution of the city council pursuant to Camarillo Municipal Code Section 11.76.010 A.
E. Possess or use weapons, guns, knives, spears, swords, bow and arrow, paintball guns, airsoft guns or any object that propels projectiles of any kind;
F. Possess or use a javelin, shot put, lawn darts or other sports equipment which has the potential to cause injury to other persons at the park;
G. Use trees for: climbing, swinging or attaching anything to a tree;
H. Play or practice baseball (hardball and softball), golf and other sports which involve hitting a ball. However, this prohibition does not apply to low impact sports such as whiffle ball and similar type sports;
I. Participate in activities which pose a risk of injury to participant or the public;
J. Participate in activities which may cause damage to city property;
K. Use city property anytime other than sunrise to sunset except for city buildings and parking lots with permission of the city;
L. Possess or use cooking devices including, but not limited to, grills, barbeque or other cooking devices unless with a cooking device provided for public use by the city;
M. Conduct any business;
N. Possess or use amplified sound equipment or devices of any kind;
O. Possess or use bounce houses, jumpers or other inflatables;
P. Possess or use alcohol or illegal drugs;
Q. Smoke, vape or ingest tobacco or marijuana products;
R. Unleash animals or pets;
S. Leave any animal or pet waste undisposed;
T. Possess or operate motorized vehicles or devices other than maintenance or service vehicles.

10.44.030 - City property; Special events permits.¶
No member of the public while on city property as defined in Section 10.44.020 shall commit any of the acts prohibited by Section 10.44.020 unless a special events permit has been approved by the city pursuant to Chapter 19.63 of the Camarillo Municipal Code granting permission for such uses.
