Sec. 7-6.101. - Title.¶

This chapter shall be known as the Municipal Airport Regulations of the City.

Sec. 7-6.102. - Purpose and Scope.¶

This chapter is enacted to adopt regulations governing the aeronautical activities and governing the use of facilities at the California City Municipal Airport.

This chapter shall not abridge or amend federal or state laws, rules or regulations affecting airport operations. These regulations supplement state and federal laws, rules and regulations.
