Sec. 4-2.3.101. - Scope.

This article sets forth rules for driving or walking on city streets and sidewalks.

The operator of a vehicle or train shall obey the instructions of official traffic control devices placed in accordance with this chapter unless otherwise directed by a police officer of other authorized person.
