9.04.010 - Authority.¶

This chapter is enacted pursuant to the authority of Section 326.5 of the Penal Code.

9.04.020 - Authorized organization.¶

All organizations qualified pursuant to Section 326.5 of the Penal Code are authorized to conduct bingo games within the unincorporated area of the county.
