1.20.010 - Findings.¶
The board of supervisors finds, on the basis of employment conditions, the state of the county jail facilities, and other pertinent circumstances, that the operation of the Work Furlough Rehabilitation Law, Section 1208 of the Penal Code of California, is feasible.

1.20.020 - Work furlough administrator—Designated.¶
The sheriff shall perform the functions of the work furlough administrator.

1.20.030 - Work furlough administrator—Authorized to enter into intercounty agreements.¶
The work furlough administrator of the county is authorized to enter into intercounty work furlough agreements, pursuant to Penal Code Section 1208.5.
