§ 30626

Public Resources Code §§ 30000–30900 — California Coastal Act of 1976 · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. The commission may, by regulation, provide for the reconsideration of the terms and conditions of any coastal development permit granted by the commission solely for the purpose of correcting any information contained in those terms and conditions.
