§ 30623

Public Resources Code §§ 30000–30900 — California Coastal Act of 1976 · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. If an appeal of any action on any development by any local government or port governing body is filed with the commission, the operation and effect of that action shall be stayed pending a decision on appeal.
