§ 21080.34

Public Resources Code §§ 21000–21189.91 — California Environmental Quality Act · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

21080.34. For the purposes of Section 21069, the phrase “carrying out or approving a project” shall include the carrying out or approval of a plan for a project that expands or enlarges an existing publicly owned airport by any political subdivision, as described in Section 21661.6 of the Public Utilities Code.

(Added by renumbering Section 21080.35 (as added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 534, Sec. 1) by Stats. 2015, Ch. 303, Sec. 432. (AB 731) Effective January 1, 2016.)
