§ 21080.24

Public Resources Code §§ 21000–21189.91 — California Environmental Quality Act · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

21080.24. This division does not apply to the issuance, modification, amendment, or renewal of a permit by an air pollution control district or air quality management district pursuant to Title V, as defined in Section 39053.3 of the Health and Safety Code, or pursuant to a district Title V program established pursuant to Sections 42301.10, 42301.11, and 42301.12 of the Health and Safety Code, unless the issuance, modification, amendment, or renewal authorizes a physical or operational change to a source or facility.
