§ 12739.71

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a special fund known as the Federal Temporary High Risk Health Insurance Fund that is, notwithstanding Section 13340 of the Government Code, continuously appropriated to the board for the purposes specified in Part 6.6 (commencing with Section 12739.5).

(Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 32, Sec. 3. (AB 1887) Effective June 29, 2010. Repealed as of January 1, 2020, pursuant to Section 12739.76.)
