§ 66468

Government Code §§ 66410–66499.58 — Subdivision Map Act · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. The filing for record of a final or parcel map by the county recorder shall automatically and finally determine the validity of such map and when recorded shall impart cconstructive notice thereof.
