§ 66467

Government Code §§ 66410–66499.58 — Subdivision Map Act · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. This chapter shall not prevent filing in the office of the county recorder of a final or parcel map of a subdivision for which a final or parcel map is not required, provided such map meets the requirements of this division and any local ordinance.
