§ 66339

Government Code §§ 66310–66342 — Accessory Dwelling Unit and Junior ADU Law · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. If a local agency has not adopted a local ordinance pursuant to this article, the local agency shall ministerially approve a permit to construct a junior accessory dwelling unit that satisfies the requirements set forth in paragraph (1) of subdivision (a) of Section 66323 and the requirements of this article.
