§ 66330

Government Code §§ 66310–66342 — Accessory Dwelling Unit and Junior ADU Law · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. A local agency may count an accessory dwelling unit for purposes of identifying adequate sites for housing, as specified in subdivision (a) of Section 65583.1, subject to authorization by the department and compliance with this division.
