§ 66325

Government Code §§ 66310–66342 — Accessory Dwelling Unit and Junior ADU Law · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. (a) Except as provided in subdivision (b), this article shall supersede a conflicting local ordinance.

(b) This article does not limit the authority of local agencies to adopt less restrictive requirements for the creation of an accessory dwelling unit.
