§ 65934

Government Code §§ 65920–65964.5 — Permit Streamlining Act · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. “State agency” means any agency, board, or commission of state government. For all purposes of this chapter, the term “state agency” shall include an air pollution control district.
