§ 65930

Government Code §§ 65920–65964.5 — Permit Streamlining Act · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. “Local agency” means any public agency other than a state agency. For purposes of this chapter, a redevelopment agency is a local agency and is not a state agency.
