§ 65852

Government Code §§ 65800–65912 — Zoning Regulations (Planning and Zoning Law, Chapter 4) · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. All such regulations shall be uniform for each class or kind of building or use of land throughout each zone, but the regulation in one type of zone may differ from those in other types of zones.

(Repealed and added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1880.)
