§ 65851

Government Code §§ 65800–65912 — Zoning Regulations (Planning and Zoning Law, Chapter 4) · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. For such purposes the legislative body may divide a county, a city, or portions thereof, into zones of the number, shape and area it deems best suited to carry out the purpose of this chapter.

(Repealed and added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1880.)
