Section E104 — CONFORMANCE

E104.1 General.

Temporary use of existing buildings shall conform to the structural strength, fire safety, means of egress, accessibility, light, ventilation and sanitary requirements of this code as necessary to provide a reasonable level of safety, health and general welfare as determined by the code official.

E104.2 Changes over time.

As an emergency evolves, submittal documents shall be submitted to demonstrate that the temporary uses of the existing buildings are in compliance with the requirements of this code.
