§ 2.12.010. Authority to transact business and exercise powers.¶
It is hereby found and declared, pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 33101, that there is a need for the redevelopment agency of the city, created by California Health and Safety Code Section 33100, to function in the city, and the agency is authorized to transact business and exercise powers under the Community Redevelopment Law.

§ 2.12.020. Bylaws for meetings and rules of procedure.¶
The redevelopment agency shall adopt such bylaws as it deems necessary and convenient for the exercise of its powers and duties, including, but not limited to establishment of meetings, rules of procedure, and otherwise.
