Brentwood Municipal Code Art. 0 Prohibited Activities

A. No Damage to Property. No person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment that is part of the sewerage works or any sampling device.

B. No Brine Discharging Self-Regenerating Water Softener. No person may install a brine discharging self-regenerating water softener system. (This prohibition is authorized by Order No. R5-2015-0043 of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, adopted April 17, 2015.)
