Chapter 16.110 — FINAL MAPS, FORM AND CONTENTS

§ 16.110.010. Form and contents.

  • A. Final maps shall be prepared by or under the direction of a registered civil or licensed surveyor, shall be based upon a survey and shall conform to all of the provisions of Article 2 of Chapter 2 of the Map Act and the additional provisions of this title.

  • B. Final maps shall be drawn to an engineer's scale of not less than one inch to one hundred feet. The size of each sheet shall be eighteen by twenty-six inches.

  • C. Submittal of a final map shall consist of the original tracing(s), duplicate print(s) on linen, duplicate tracing(s) and a set of print(s). For the approved improvement plans, if applicable, the subdivider shall submit the original tracings or duplicate tracings and three sets of prints.

§ 16.110.020. Data to accompany final maps.

  • A. A preliminary title report not more than six months old at the time of submittal;

  • B. If applicable, the subdivision improvement bonds, all agreements and instruments of conveyance;

  • C. Evidence that all outstanding bonded indebtedness upon the land was paid off prior to the final map being filed;

  • D. A subdivision agreement in a form approved by the city;

  • E. Improvement plans, engineering calculations and cost estimates for required improvements;

  • F. The formation of an assessment district, if necessary. (Ord. 471 § 3, 1990)
