§ 16.100.010. Form and contents.

  • A. Parcel maps shall be prepared by or under the direction of a registered civil engineer or licensed land surveyor, shall show the location of streets and property lines bounding the property, and shall conform to all of the provisions of Article 3 of the Map Act and the additional provisions of this title.

  • B. Parcel maps shall be drawn to an engineer scale of not less than one inch to one hundred feet.

  • C. Submittal of a parcel map shall consist of the original tracing(s), duplicate print(s) on linen, duplicate tracing (s) and a set of print(s). For the approved improvement plans, if applicable, the subdivider shall submit the original tracings or duplicate tracings and three sets of prints.

§ 16.100.020. Data to accompany parcel maps.

  • A. Deeds for any dedication or offers of dedication when required by the city engineer. All such deeds shall be recorded concurrently with, or prior to, the parcel map being filed for recordation, and, shall be signed by the same parties and in the same manner as set forth for dedications by a final map as provided by the Map Act and this title.

  • B. Where public improvements are required, improvement plans, engineering calculations and cost estimates shall be submitted with the parcel map.

  • C. A preliminary title report not more than six months old at the time of submittal.

  • D. If applicable, the subdivision improvement bonds, agreements and instruments of conveyance.

  • E. Evidence that all outstanding bonded indebtedness upon the land was paid off prior to the parcel map being filed.

  • F. A subdivision agreement in a form approved by the city. (Ord. 471 § 3, 1990)
