Chapter 15.36 — EXISTING BUILDING CODE

Except as provided in this chapter, the 2025 California Existing Building Code, incorporating the 2024 International Existing Building Code as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted in its entirety and shall become the Existing Building Code of the City of Brea, regulating the alteration, repair, addition and change of occupancy of existing structures. Together with the amendments, additions, deletions and exceptions set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 1264, 9/16/2025)
