§ 15.34.010. 2025 California Historical Building Code adopted.¶

Except as provided in this chapter, the 2025 California Historical Building Code, is hereby adopted in its entirety and shall be and become the Historical Building Code of the City of Brea, regulating for the preservation, restoration, rehabilitation, relocation or reconstruction of buildings or properties designated as qualified historical buildings or properties.
