Sec. 4.01.710. - Pedestrian's right-of-way at intersections.

The driver of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to a pedestrian crossing the roadway at an intersection, within a marked or unmarked crosswalk.

Sec. 4.01.720. - Pedestrians to walk on the left side of roadways.

No pedestrian shall walk on any roadway other than close to the pedestrian's left-hand edge of the roadway.

Sec. 4.01.730. - Intoxicated pedestrians.

No pedestrian who is intoxicated to such an extent as to create a hazard to themselves and others shall walk upon any roadway.

Sec. 4.01.800. - Passing vehicles proceeding in opposite directions.

Drivers of vehicles proceeding in opposite directions shall pass each other to the right and, except where a roadway has been divided into traffic lanes, each driver shall give to the other at least one-half of the main traveled portion of the roadway whenever possible.
