3.24.010 - Created.

A fund, to be known as the city waterworks operating fund, is created, into which shall be paid all moneys received in connection with the operation and maintenance of the city waterworks system and out of which all expenses and cost of operation and maintenance of the system shall be paid, unless otherwise authorized by the city council.
