2.12.010. - Office created.¶
The office of superintendent of the water department of the city has been created.

2.12.020. - Duties.¶
The superintendent of the water department shall have charge of all property connected with the water department, all erection and construction in connection therewith, all necessary repairs, and general supervision of all employees connected therewith.
