8.20.010. - Compliance with state provisions.

Mobile homes and mobile home parks shall comply with Health and Safety Code § 18000 et seq. (division 13, parts 2 and 2.1), CCR title 25, and this chapter.

8.20.020. - Enforcement agency defined.

Wherever the words "enforcement agency" appear in such codes, they mean the state department of housing and community development.

8.20.025. - Cancellation of enforcement power.

The city shall assume no responsibility for the enforcement of the Health and Safety Code § 18200 et seq. (division 13, part 2.1), and CCR title 25, or any other regulations promulgated thereunder and has expressly relinquished responsibility for such enforcement to the state department of housing and community development, effective September 1, 1991.

8.20.030. - Violation; penalty.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction.
