9.60.010 - Unlawful entry.¶
It is unlawful in the city and outside of incorporated municipalities, for any person or persons to enter into any house, cabin or other building designed and intended to be used as a dwelling house, with intent to occupy the same, without the knowledge, consent and permission of the owner of such building or without the knowledge, consent and permission of the person or persons having the control, custody and right of possession of such building.

9.60.020 - Unlawful occupancy.¶
It is unlawful in the city and outside of incorporated municipalities, for any person or persons to occupy or live in any house, cabin or other building designed and intended to be used as a dwelling house, without the knowledge, consent and permission of the owner of such building or without the knowledge, consent and permission of the person or persons having the control, custody and right of possession of such building.
