9.54.010 - Property—Vandalism.¶
No person shall willfully or intentionally deface with paint or any other liquid, damage, or destroy any private or public real or personal property within the city not his or her own.

9.54.020 - Damaging signs.¶
No person shall tear down, deface or destroy, or cause to be torn down, defaced or destroyed, any sign placed or posted on public or private property without the consent of the person, governmental agency, department or instrumentality having possession or control of the premises on which such sign has been erected.
