3.48.010 - Incorporation of state law.¶
The city council hereby incorporates by reference, as this Chapter 3.48, the Property and Business Improvement District Law of 1994, California Streets and Highways Code Sections 36600 to 36671.

3.48.020 - Amendments to state law.¶
In addition to any remedies available to the city in law or equity for the collection of assessments under this chapter, the city may avail itself of the remedies for collection of assessments against those upon whom such assessments are imposed, as such remedies are set forth in Sections 3.20.100 to 3.20.140, Sections 3.20.160 through 3.20.230, Section 3.20.250, and Section 3.20.310 of the Big Bear Lake Municipal Code.
