8-5-1: CIVIC CENTER AREA DEFINED:¶
The Civic Center is hereby designated and defined as the grounds, buildings, structures and open areas bounded by Crescent Drive to the west, Foothill Road to the east, North Santa Monica Boulevard to the north and Burton Way/South Santa Monica to the south. (Ord. 92-O-2142, eff. 6-26-1992)
8-5-2: HOURS OF OPERATION:¶
The Civic Center, except for Rexford Drive, shall be closed to the public between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of each day. Use of the Civic Center by the public between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. shall be restricted to persons attending public meetings of the city council, commissions or committees of the city or to persons having business with the city police and fire departments. 8-5-3: ENTRY INTO RESTRICTED AREAS PROHIBITED:¶
Unauthorized persons are prohibited from entering into areas of the Civic Center closed to public access. (Ord. 92-O-2142, eff. 6-26-1992)
