5-2-201: IMPOUNDING DOGS AT LARGE:

Any dog which is running at large without a leash in or upon any public street, alley, or other public place or in or upon any unenclosed lot or premises within the city, whether or not such dog is licensed shall be impounded by any person authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter. 5-2-202: WALKING DOGS:

It shall be unlawful for any person owning, controlling, or having in their care or custody, whether upon a leash or not, upon any public street, alley, or public place or upon any unenclosed land or property, four (4) or more dogs at any one time.
