2-3-1201: COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER DESIGNATED TO PERFORM FUNCTIONS:¶

The County Health Officer is designated to perform the functions, duties and responsibilities of Health Officer pursuant to contract under provisions of sections 476 et seq., of the State Health and Safety Code, and in accordance with the provisions of title 5, chapter 3 of this Code.
