6.08.010 Abandonment and closure declared.

That certain structure known and designated as the Berkeley Municipal Wharf and extending into the San Francisco Bay within the boundary lines of University Avenue be and the same is abandoned and closed as a municipal wharf. (Ord. 1364-NS § 1, 1927)

6.08.020 Use without permit prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use or cause to be used for any purpose whatsoever, or to be or to go upon any portion of the municipal wharf described in Section 6.08.010 without a permit from the City Council. (Ord. 1364-NS § 2, 1927)

6.08.030 Violation--Penalty.

Any person violating any provision or failing to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction as set forth in Chapter 1.20 of this code. (Ord. 5591-NS § 1 (part), 1984; Ord. 1364-NS § 3, 1927)
